This is a little food for thought.

Why Extemporaneous boys almost NEVER seem appealing/ attractive to girls at SEA Forensics.

Funny shit. I thought of it cause this morning, my sister asked me who's on the pamphlet of my Forensics book. I looked at the back and IF I am not mistaken is Michael George, aight? Whatever it is...

Last year, when I competed, my sister came to watch. As we were walking out, "the guy on the pamphlet" asked her where she from and stuff. She simply said,"I was in school and competed 5 years ago" Lol!! Guess what happened...? He ran away.

When I realized it was Michael George- or so I think- I laughed my ass off! I just could have been because I was in extemporaneous and I probably didn't realize cause I was still recovering from my crapping-ness.

Back to the main question. WHY don't they get girls?

No 1. Girls want someone of CHARACTER.

I'm not saying that people in extemp are boring- Vicky is kinda cool- but... Come on, you have 7 cool things to choose. Extemp IS cool especially for smart people. But.. If you ONLY choose that? Yu have to be reaaaalllyyy factual and... Scary. Michael George's voice bores me to death. I couldn't even listen to his isi to tell whether its bernas or not.

No. 2 Actors are hotter. (after Impromters :p)

Sad but true. I'd date someone spontaneous and somewhat smart enough to conjure a whole 4 minute speech about a boring word in one minute and make it INTERESTING. If you're good at it of course. But either way, the Simon (cycle cycle guy) was funny too. (though I wouldn't really date HKIS boys- they make me seem normal) xD

Actors, have a different aura to them, I have to say. They can be a whole other personality while putting in the essence of themselves. They have to KNOW themselves (in other words, not some emo insecure piece a crap... USUALLY) before they choose their piece- and play them well. So next to extemp, who'd look at them?

No. 3 Extempers... Are smarter than you.

Girl would NORMALLY have a superiority complex- They have to be better than you! I guess this applies to debates too. But debators have partners which normally throws people off that you're working closely to another member of the opposite sex- that isn't them. But heck, extempers are REALLY smart. They have to read like banyak to sound smart. And... Man, I don't want a guy who'd only talk about wars and the economy crunch that's happening now. And whether "the president should stay to save the country or LEAVE!"

that concludes my little speech. I think. By the way, this only applies to people who ONLY joined Extemp and GOOD ones- good actors too!
