I'm sorry if I go off topic or get moody. But I HATE the streets of KL but love the people I was with.
So... After band, Pre, Laura, Elysia, Esthes and I headed back to my place to take a bath then to the LRT station. Where we'd go to Jelatek and take a cab to ISKL- which we had no idea where it was. We did all of this successfully- in bad time of course. We arrived at the school a half hour late- missing the WHOLE suicide in B Flat. ==
We were SQUISHED in the train. And when we reached the damn place (16 stops) we couldn't find a cab. We attempted to walk, but didn't know which direction to go. We asked a lady for directions to the place and I suggested a strategy- keep walking and try to hail a cab at every opportunity. We walked into the WRONG direction and went into some dodgy alley. 5 girls in a dodgy alley. O.o Scary shit k... If I was alone also I wouldn't be that scared. There was just so many of us and I can't keep looking at them cause two mangkuks were walking behind me.
So we go into Kodak to ask AGAIN but they didn't know anything. Then we RAN into a cab driver that said he could take us there. =D The fee was like 9 bucks. So rip off k. But whatever la, cause we walked for like a half an hour in JELATEK so FRIGGIN dodgy. Yeerrrr.. At night some more. YERRRR...
We reached, ngam ngam intermission. We saw NOTHING of Suicide in B Flat. :( But good thing, we managed to catch Harlequin. =D Which was EXCELLENT nevertheless. It was just a dance- but a good one. The leader, some girl la but damn hot. I told Laura that half of the crowd would be staring at her. Then at the end, this guy gave her flowers. And during the Q&A the first thing they asked was,"WHO'S THE GUY THAT GAVE YOU FLOWERS?!" Lmfao. I SOOO saw that coming. xD
When we went out, omgg.. I saw Alex by the canteen. He just came out to get something, and in a minute he was gone. :( I SHOULD have attended that FRIGGIN party. :( Stupid shit. But I stood beside Amrit- LOL. And Esther thinks Brandon is hot. So great. Everyone has someone to stare at at ISKL. xD
My dad came after that TO ISKL. Geez... Came back to my place. Went to the mamak. Had dinner. And everyone went back. I have Esther's bottle and shoes while she has my slippers. ARGH, ESTHER! :p Wear tomorrow ah!

So yeah, we celebrated yours in class today. We spent half of yesterday planning and planning for everything. Walau, so syok until you cry weyh. I'm so sorry that we finished your cake, we intended to leave a quarter for you... But of course failed. We went for photo and it was GONE. They damn fast weyh.
Sooooooo... Today was photo day too. This is the FIRST year of mine in SMK Assunta that I'll be in my CLASS photo. Last year, forgot what happened- I didn't go. Ad crashed at YCS' the next day. and pssttt... I'm Not Catholic! I'm in the class one and the lembaga one. =D I'm in TWO weyh. Always I simply crash shit that ain't mine. xD So yeah, I like my hair cut.
For those of you who don't know, my sister cut my hair somewhere last week. I think Saturday ah? She cut my hair, i think its nice. But everyone say not nice. :( Oh well... Not nice lorh. *shrugs* I'm not crying over my hair. xD Hhahahaha!

Today, I went to Tropicana City and played STREET FIGHTER 6! OMG. On a PS3! DAMN AESOOOOMMEEEEE! Everything is so beautiful and guess what? The moves are the same that I'm playing in the emulator right now! Hhaha.. I going again on Sunday!
Friday, we going ISKL. I HOPPPEEE it'll be awesome. the 3 sexys and the sexy is following me after band. =D I so semangat! Woooooooooooooooo! I miss that place.

everyone left for their respective rooms. Cheryl and i got lost as the guide didn't show us which room we were supposed to be in earlier. So we were late, as usual.
Sectionals were superb. Not only were the tutors friendly, they made the environment pressure-free and fun for us to be in. The least problems lied with the baritone saxophonists during sectional. There were a few mistakes every once in a while, but the rest all lied with the tenor saxophonists. The other baritone saxophonist whose name i think is Salah was fantastic. He had a lot of air, that's for sure. And he was crushed on by many, and i mean many of of our band members, names not mentioned so that their prides wouldn't be busted. I thought that our full-band rehearsals were awesome. I felt a strong wave of enthusiasm coming from everyone, which motivated them all to play better and which motivated me to be just as good as everyone else. During the actual performance itself, everyone played their very best and put their all into it. The advance band played Celebration for Winds and Percussion, Portrait of a Clown and Barnum and Bailey's. I would say that everyone did fantastic on Celebration for Winds and Percussion, but not that well on Portrait of a Clown as the trumpeters were missing in action somewhere in the middle of the song.
I've learnt that we're not the only ones who're enthusiastic to learn more. The tenor and baritone saxophonists did better than what the tutor expected from us. He taught as much as he could till there was nothing much left too teach. He asked us if we wanted to stop there and have a little break or go on playing. Everyone refused to have a break. Instead we had all wanted to continue on with playing. Our tutor then went on till there was nothing more to improve on, with 10 minutes left to spare. He went out the room for fresh air during that 10 minutes. During that little time, everyone just kept quiet and stared at the ceiling, at the floor, at the table, at the air-conditioner and anywhere else they could land their gazes on. Don't bluff, I poked AlexCheryl and i agreed on wanting to just jump up and introduce ourselves to everyone as we thought that they were a little too anti-socialLol, yeah. xD , which we unfortunately couldn't because our 10 minutes were up and we had to leave for break, to our total reluctance. The saxophonists were attitude-free, to our relief. Everyone's level of musical devotion and enthusiasm were just so high that we all thought that it was really worthwhile joining this year's band festival.
My playing was pretty alright ?!?! You were awesome la, donkey if i were to compare with everyone else. It was really nice to know where i stood among all the rest of the players. As for my preparation before-hand, it was just average. Our band members probably did better than several others for Celebration for Winds and Percussion as we've played that song for a small function our school was holding not too long before and had enough practice. I didn't practice much on Barnum and Bailey's but played pretty alright on it as i love playing dotted rhythms. We practiced on Portrait of a Clown a little more than Barnum and Bailey's, so i did not too bad on that piece either, eventhough it wasn't exactly one of my favourite pieces. I believe i played a lot better on the day of the band festival as everyone who did good motivated me a lot to do better.
Well, maybe I shouldn't put that title since I didn't go. I needed a sleeping day cause the past how many weeks I've had no day to REST everyday also must wake up so bloody early. I planned not to go the day before but my dad woke me up at 6. I rolled around, took my towel, switched on the bathroom light. Then I went, WAIT A MINUTE- It's a SATURDAY! I went to tell my dd that i didn't wanna go. I think half of the things I say at 6am doesn't make sense. But after I made my point (Don't know how clear, but I did) I hit the sack once again. But woke up at 11. WAY TO EARLY I THINK I didn't know that practice time was pushed to 3. == Whatever la. I still got to sleep. Thank you, Veno, Laura and Esther. =D

Let's get this straight. I'm AGAINST conformity. Yes, I'm going to speak chicken. But I've just gone through a little thinggy called Graphology, studies of handwriting to reveal character.
I realized in my books without lines, I write rather straight and it tends to go down a bit. Which says I'm pessimistic. The spaces show that I'm organized. I'm practical and disciplined. Sounds like me? I HOPE not.
In my other books however, where I write normally. (Not my rough book handwriting, but like.. For others to read la. I'm the total opposite. It shows that I'm optimistic, okay la for organization, I'm rooted in the present, most abstract than practical and tends to show a LITTLE bit of emotion.
I don't know out of the two, which sounds more like me. But... I'm different when I write in school. it's this little conformity thing where I have to be fake around them. THIS AIN'T RIGHT! cause I'm still hated amongst the teachers
I think after Forensics, I pretty much changed a lot. For the better and the worse. Let's see how.
My worst fear: School, When old people tell you,"Look at the BIG picture" when the only response I have is,"WHAT picture?", disappointing my parents.
In school, I can succeed to do the other two. So that's basically it. I'm sure everyone knows why I'm bringing this up now:

So yes, my self esteem went down. And when I stopped listening to her and got on my feet. Bada-BOOM! I got a 1 and a 4 for Forensics. In other words, I just need to trust myself a little more.
I've been replying on SO much change in myself, that I TOTALLY lost trust. I expect everything I do to be chaotic in nature. but then, all my speeches are based on ONE thing: The natural form of ANY type of order IS chaos. So what do we do? NOT let a sliver of disappointment OR a int of hardship to make our lives more miserable again. I've pushed out every chance to skip class when I just "don't want to".
I just have to KNOW that I'm making progress and stick to it. I wish I could just sit at hom and study. It'll be 10 times more effective on my daily life. And come for band every Thursday and Friday. But too bad. I need to put up with my worst fear- SCHOOL.
So screw it. I'm gonna be a tough cookie from now on. :)

4 out of 6 finalists got a medal. Victoria got 2 out of three medals. :) So that's AWESOME! We got the Rafida awards and sweepstakes in second place! Great achievement for those our school. =D
It was REALLY fascinating to see how great the finalists were. Kamini who is now reading her boyfriend's Holy Cow is pretty happy. She got BRONZE! So let's give her a great hand. =D And to my SHORT Valerie, for she too got a bronze! FIRST YEAR LORRH! So AWESOME!=D

I highly doubt it. I did NOT go on a date with Alex. == HOW sad is that?!?! And because I was sesating when I wasn't with Vallie, (Kamini and Nicola are always practicing, and Vallie has other friends too) I talked to the randomest people. Oh yeah. I was left to talk to the ISKL and HKIS students. Mostly ISKL though. I met some kids from Penang and Kuantan too. They were all really nice. It's just cool to have people from SEA? It's Malaysia and Hong Kong actually, right? Whatever. It's just nice to meet so many cool people.

Woooooo! Forensics. After all the stressing, here it is! Lets see. We arrived, I'm number 117. All Assuntarians' number plus together becomes a 9. Lets give reviews about the stuff I watched. I'll explain the rankings first.
From the best to worst is 1,2,3,4. Even if there are normally 6 in the room, They'll be graded as 1,2,3,4,4,4. There is no 5 and 6. So once you have a 4... :(
First off- Duet acting: Nicky and Debbie.
They were better than before! They got 2nd ranking. Which is AWESOME!
Original Oratory- Valerie. She was REALLY good BUT she was 2 seconds overtime. 2 K!! She got 3rd ranking with EXTREMELY good remarks. She was supposed to get a 2, but dropped because of the time. And all the judges feel sorry for her.
Debate- Lakshmi and Loshni. Loshni OWNS at cross examination. She kow kow bang them. Then take cover you know, she's never open while Lakshmi took care of the speeches. Even though the one I watched was the one they lost, they put up a good fight and won the next one. :)
Oral Interpretation- Kamini and Hannan.
Kamini brought the audience to tears. Even herself! But you know what's so horrid? SHE GOT A 4! What the crap right?! She was BRILLIANT until all of us wanna cry, then get a 4. Bloody bias. Hannan. Who got a 2nd ranking. She was really good. I never heard her full piece before. But she's good. Really good. I also wanted to cry d.
I think that's all I saw. But EVERYONE did really good as I've seen the results. I've not gotten my results yet though. :( Sonia says I can get a three. You GOTTA know what the last guy said. xD He picked the topic, my topic- Turning Point.

since i've not been posting either. here goes. xD
Went early in the morning... Still hyper though. Best fest was one of the coolest experiences cause all the schools just play together in a GIGANTOR band of like 200 people. But of course you only get to talk to 2 or 3 of them. This year was in a more familiar school so I was happy.
Got on the bus and sat with Danielle. Venodhah gave us chocolate. =D Everyone super hyper. Then reach. WOO! We took a tour around the school. Briefing. Then went to the rooms. Now we've heard that the saxophones were separated by instrument. :( Cannot sit with Laura- OR SALAH! xD But THANK GOD the tenors shared a room with the barritones. :D Knowing Cheryl the first person she see also is Salah la. You've guessed it. I look for him kow kow during briefing cannot find. xD However he's still the first person I saw in the classroom :p
Whats so funny is that the guy I sat next to wasn't so bad looking either. Fine, he was hot. xD For the whole day I was still "OMG Salah" though. I still got to talk to the guy I sat next to (Alex) all. I damn syok la, you know. Cause it started of SO quiet and finally he started asking me random questions. Finally he asked me how old I was and when I asked him he said 14. == FORTUNATELY, his height makes up for his age so... Didn't care la xD
The classroom was kinda scary cause.. You know Laura, she plays everything perfectly all the time. And so did Salah (Laura was WAY better though) and that left us with all the problems with us (normal) tenors. xD So fine, we WERE pretty bad. But there was one guy from Kampung Baru I think who's tone was REALLY warm and nice sounding. All the dynamics also, he's the only one that ikut. Our tutor thought us new fingerings and stuff. Cool la.
Then combined! I LOVE the conductress. She SO awesome. Her style so cool la. And Laura says she thinks like me. :) She's jumping everywhere, declaring the arrival of elephants and trapeze acts. So COOL! =D
Lunch break. Guess who sits at the opposite table? Salah. OHEMGEEE. xD I fss la of course. :p (He does NOT look like Zac Efron) == So I didn't eat much, drink water also enough. xD Laura and I later went to the class to find it locked. What do we do? JAM! It started off with me playing Groovy Kind of Love, then she joined in. We then said, CENTURIA! And one by one, Assuntarians came to play. Haha..
What song do we play at warm up? Salah played VIVA LA VIDA on the barritone. :O And I played Spiderman with Alex since he had the piece. Played till we got stopped la. Got tenor solo some more. So nice. :D Either way two people played it though. xD Then I heard Salah played Pink Panther and Laura and I looked at each other and went.. WHOA... With precise articulation too!
Combined practice again, the lights are BLINDING! But it had the same MKIS effect where you don't see the audience. I like, I like. Then must go duduk all.Very ma fan.. But I still get to sit next to Alex so whatever. xD While sitting watching the choir and junior band, Caleb (A trombonist) was kacauing us. Talking crap la. (He F.O.C.) Super funny la. He kept on spraying water to the rythm of the music all. Damn lame! Oh well. Performance KINDA sucked. Well, Portrait of a Clown did of course. But it was all fun. =D
Late update indeed. Morning school is kicking my ass. I come home late everyday. So I sleep immediately OR I'm busy for the rest of the day. Which is usually the case. Let's start with the crappiest day of the week then... Wednesday.
Wednesday was the suckiest day of the YEAR in fact so far. First off- For your information, I've been a good girl lately. :) And I MEAN good. I've been doing most of my work. Not been bringing a phone, not been skipping school OR class anymore, (Unless its after recess- which I don't want to anyway) or bullying any teachers. All of the GREAT deeds which we did last year. Am I proud? Yes, very. It was INDEED hard to kick out all these old habits. It's like- "I don't like this class. I don't want to be here" *ditch* Or "I beg to differ" *Shouts at teacher*
After finding the effort to kill these habits and succeeded. I received a complaint from Sabina. For what? For writing notes in a Science Lab Book. == I'm so pissed off. So I came home, cry bla bla. I'm incompetant and unable to do anything. Cannot be good, cannot talk properly for Impromptu.
Guess what else I have to look forward to? A few of my best friends from church leaving. == How GREAT is that? They left that night to Dubai. Went there pretty hyper. A car ride with Lok is like... WHOA-ed with lameness. How can it not be fun?
We found out on the way back when ALL of us emo. Lol. That family had a great impact on our lives la. Thanks :) But I didn't cry till I got home that night. And there went the night practicing and crying. I was a super cry baby for the whole week in fact. That's sums up a sucky day. Grr...
At church that day, Shan and Lyn came. Damn fun la. After church Shan and I started sparing. xD Joshua and Yuan were just watching, he said they thought it was real or something. Until she kicked my face and we both fell on our backs laughing. But he said that they could not believe they were watching two girls fight like real like that. It was apparently a hilarious sight. Whatever la, Joshua. xD
Anyhoo- they were about to go to Genting that afternoon. so I got Joshua to send me to Manda's place. She got open house. =D I went there about 2ish. It was supposed to start at 7. xD But damn fun la, she told me everything I missed out on and I told her.. I think. Lol, my life not that interesting. Then her friend came Kwok Hsien is it? Sorry your names all vey hard to spell. We were fighting on what movie to watch and UNFORTUNATELY he liked the same chocolate cake I was eyeing. But on the other hand, I wasn't guilty alone. So thank you! Hhaha...
When we got bored of Alvin and the Chipmunks Not Amanda la but the two of us were we sat down and played a game or two of cards. At first I was losing had to borrow money from Kwok Hsien some more. I went in with 1.60. Then I had 0.20. But eventually, I had 7 bucks! It was kinda because we pakat against Manda la. Lol. At the end of the session I had 8 bucks. =D Damn syok. I had like 6 cans of Shandi, pee so much. Nat came and gambled with us. Haahaha! She damn blonde la. So funny- but we thought her how to play properly all la. I had to lend her money to play after that. Darren and Wen Han came later a bit.
So we ate dinner. The food was AWESOME! Nyonya, I think... But after eating more gambling! Manda's sister became chong and I lost half of my money, GONNA CRY OKAY?! Then Wen Han said, like that I also wanna be chong la. I got no money, but never mind. So he began. He LOST his "testing round" without money. He lost the second round. After that, bloody hell he finished my money. I think I still owe everyone money now.
